The project

Sea in front, Teide behind

Royal Path is a gated complex of new apartments on a 19.000 m² plot in La Boruga, on the slope of the Orotava Valley. Every home is laid out for light and for the view: the Atlantic and the lights of Puerto de la Cruz on one side, the mountains and Teide on the other.

Between the blocks are gardens, a pool for adults and one for children. A public green area of about 12.000 m² is being laid out next to the complex.

Ground-floor homes have their own garden, the upper floors large terraces. Every price includes a garage space and a storage room. While the building stage allows it, buyers can still change finishes and layout.

The name comes from the Camino Real, the old royal road that crosses the valley nearby.
