For landowners
Send us the location. We look at what the plan allows, what a developer could pay for it and what could stand there. A first answer within five working days, free of charge.
We look at the plot and reply within five working days.
How it works
A street, a cadastral reference or a pin on a map is enough to start.
Classification, buildable area, height, licence times in that town and recent changes in the law.
What homes there would sell for, minus building costs and a developer’s margin. That is how developers calculate what they can pay.
Sell as it is, get a licence first, or work with a developer. If you want to sell, we bring the buyers.
Possibly. Since 2024, a Canary Islands decree (Decreto-ley 1/2024) lets unbuilt tourist plots be changed to residential use, with at least a third as protected housing. Whether it pays off depends on the plan and on the numbers.
The first answer is free, and you are not tied to us. A full feasibility study or a licence application is a separate job that we quote for first.
No. It tells you what a developer could pay. A bank or a court needs a valuation by an officially registered valuer (tasador), which we can arrange.
