How it works

An honest number, no visit needed

    Where it is and roughly what it is. If you have photos or a floor plan, you can send them later.

  2. We compare it with real sales

    We look at what comparable homes nearby sold for, and at how long others have been on the market at their asking price.

  3. You get a range and the reasoning

    If the number is lower than you hoped, we say so and explain why. What you do with it is up to you.

What does it cost?

Nothing. We do this because some people go on to sell through us. You are not tied to anything.

How is this different from an online calculator?

A person who knows the area looks at your home and at actual sales nearby. Calculators mostly average asking prices, and those are often higher than what homes sell for.

Will you tell me a high number to win the listing?

No. A home priced too high sits on the market and ends up selling for less. We would rather tell you the real number now.

I live abroad. Can I still sell from there?
