Do I need a licence to rent out?

For holiday rental in the Canary Islands you need to register the home as a holiday rental. We check whether your home qualifies and handle the application.

Can I still use the house myself?

Yes. You block your own weeks in the calendar; we keep the house ready for your arrival.

What happens when something breaks?

Small repairs are fixed straight away and reported. Anything above an amount you set is approved by you first.

Do you handle the taxes?

In Full service, yes: IBI, non-resident income tax and the rental tax returns, together with a tax adviser.
